Wild Women of the Wind, Classic 34, completed the Air Race Classic on Friday, June 27, 2008 at 3;00 pm after landing in Mansfield MA.  Minnetta Gardinier and Linda Moody had the time of their lives on this adventure.  We competed among 33 racers, and 30 racers successfully completed the course.  Classic 34 finished 29th, second to last due to a snafu on leg #7.  Nonetheless, we're very proud that we completed the route in our first ever racing experience.  Please visit our web site to read all about it.  We'll also be updating it soon with pictures.  I will also have some great stories to share at our next Iowa 99s meeting.
